Stenbeck & Taylor, Inc. (S&T) has served residents, commercial clients and municipalities since our founding in 1951. Mr. Brian J. Taylor serves at the helm of the company and has done so the last 20 years, succeeding his late father Mr. James J. Taylor.

We have served the South Shore, Cape Cod and Greater Boston area for over 50 years from our home base in coastal Marshfield, MA. Our corporate office is conveniently located off Route 139, at 844 Webster Street. We are convenient and accessible to Route 3, Route 128, Route 495 and Route 24.

Stenbeck & Taylor also has a satellite office on Cape Cod at 9 Steeple Street, Mashpee Commons, Mashpee, MA. This Cape location will allow us to serve our Cape and Islands clientele with more efficiency in one of Massachusetts fastest-growing regions.

S&T has a dynamic team of professionals. Each member has a particular area of expertise yet is well versed in many others. The team's cross-functional ability enables S&T to offer a diverse line of quality services to meet the needs of all our clientele and provide client satisfaction on an individual, personalized basis.

Mr. Taylor has an extensive knowledge of permit-process parameters from working with clients and officials for the last 23 years. His second-generation knowledge and experience has allowed Stenbeck & Taylor to grow with the communities we serve while maintaining long term relationships with the permitting process authorities and business community. Mr. Taylor's practical experience includes developing and building out several sites.

S&T offers a wide array of services to a diverse clientele. Residential customers have relied on us for Title 5 septic system repair services; certified Location Plans for renovations and/or additions to their homes; the tedious permitting process which can be an overwhelming burden to the homeowner's already hectic schedule. Survey and property stakeouts are very popular with our residential clients for landscape projects and fence installations.

Contractors and Developers can depend on S&T for all types of surveying, engineering and project development. Site planning, subdivisions, construction site layout, lot surveying, roadway and drainage planning as well as public hearings and Town Board representation are all examples of the types of services S&T provides on a timely, cost conscious basis.

S&T has been awarded bids for street improvements, evaluating existing conditions and providing feasibility studies for new municipal facilities along with site planning and design for the same.
